The port of Amorgos is located on the Greek island of the same name, which is part of the Cyclades in the Aegean Sea. Amorgos is known for its unspoiled nature, crystal-clear waters and traditional villages that preserve the authentic charm of the Greek islands.

The island has two main towns: Katapola and Aegiali. Katapola serves as the main port and is a picturesque village with white houses, narrow streets and a variety of tavernas and cafés along the waterfront. Aegiali, the second port, is located in the north of the island and also offers a charming atmosphere with beautiful beaches and traditional accommodation.

Cruise ships usually dock in Katapola, as this port is more suitable for larger ships. The dock is very close to the village center, allowing passengers to easily explore the area on foot. The island offers numerous sights, including the famous monastery of Panagia Hozoviotissa, which is spectacularly perched on a rock face above the sea and offers breathtaking views. In addition, the traditional villages such as Chora with their winding alleyways and white houses invite you to stroll around.

For nature lovers, Amorgos offers numerous hiking trails that lead through the mountainous landscape and offer impressive views of the sea and the surrounding islands. The island's beaches, such as Agia Anna beach, famous from the movie “Intoxicated by the Deep”, invite you to swim and relax.

The port of Amorgos combines traditional Greek culture with the natural beauty of the Cyclades and offers cruise guests an authentic and unforgettable experience.
